What would you be prepared to sacrifice to lose a couple of pounds forever, feel energized all through the entire day and in no way dependent on sweet stuff and caffeine to get moving ever once more?
Wait a minute. Is it even fair for me to start off asking you to make a sacrifice? Definitely, it is Monday right after all. BUT that's precisely my point. If Mondays would be the bain of one's existence, there is one thing going on that wants tweaking. And from all the perform I've done over the final few years (personally and professionally), I assure it includes a lot to do with what you eat or never consume.
Let me clarify... I am a motivation and sports nutrition professional by profession and out of like. Ironman finisher-in-training, triathlete, yoga teacher, nutrition geek, self-proclaimed chef, wife, buddy, music lover, perfectionist and procrastinator are also on that list. We're far more alike than you think. It burns my hide when I think about my dependence on sugar (in one particular type or yet another) to obtain me by way of the day or act as a reward to finish it. Why do you assume I really feel so passionate about kicking the sugar habit in the 1st place? Since it's got me squashed beneath its sticky thumb, too.
Enter Solution: 21-Day Sugar Detox.
I've performed this specific 21 Day Sugar Detox many occasions with phenomenal results... sufficient energy to fuel an army, clarity to create concise, significant choices with ease, and concentrate on the thoughts to keep on track all day (which Rarely occurs). Not to mention the intense strength and endurance it's restored to my swimming, biking, running, strength instruction and yoga workouts. It wasn't until just after my very first detox that I realized how reliant I was on sugary stuff and caffeine. And so goes the eb/flow of life that led me back once again.
These days begins my (third) 21 day journey in sugar "enlightenment" which I totally anticipate may have moments of sheer bliss and utter madness. I'll take it all, mix it around and let the "uncomfiness" settle in that will in the end transition in taking it away. (For those who have absolutely no ideas what I'm speaking about, that's a confident sign you may need to be right here, follow my posts and do the detox for oneself.)
The key is sticking with the whole 21 day approach regardless of what it looks, sounds, tastes and feels like. You have GOT hold moving irrespective of what does or doesn't come about. Since, really, for those who quit each time "it" gets tough, you will by no means repair "it".
